The personal version

Have me look at it personally.

What I'll tell you

Four areas, one honest plan.

01 / Website

Site & conversion paths

Trailhead can tell you that your H1 is missing or your above-the-fold CTA is weak. I'll tell you which one to fix first, what to replace it with, and what change to expect from doing it.

02 / SEO

Search visibility

Technical health is one piece, but most sites I audit have two or three high-leverage SEO moves that nothing else will substitute for. I'll tell you which ones, and the order to do them in.

03 / Paid ads

Campaign performance

If you're running Google or Meta ads, I'll review the account and tell you the one or two changes most likely to drop your CPA — whether that's targeting, creative, structure, or pulling spend off something that isn't working.

04 / Analytics

Measurement & tracking

If your tracking is broken or partial, every other recommendation lands half-blind. I'll tell you what's missing, what to fix first, and what "good enough" looks like for a business your size — not a Fortune 500 reporting stack.

The process

Here's how it works.

01
You tell me about your business.
Takes about two minutes. Your website URL plus a couple of quick questions so I know what to focus on. If you've already run Trailhead, paste the diagnostic id in the form — I'll start from your scores instead of running the same checks twice. A follow-up questionnaire arrives by email with a few more details.
02
I review your setup.
I spend a few hours going through your site, search presence, ad accounts (if you share access), and analytics. Real review, real thinking — not a generic report.
03
You get a written audit.
A PDF with specific findings and recommendations, delivered within 1-2 weeks depending on site complexity. Actionable items you can take to any marketer — including me, or not.
04
We talk if you want to.
Optional 30-minute call to walk through the findings and answer questions. Zero pressure. If we're a fit, we talk next steps. If not, you keep the audit and move on.

Where most engagements start.

Most of the work that ends up driving real numbers begins with a strategy audit. An honest look at what's working and what isn't, recommendations you can act on, and a clear sense of what the right next move looks like. Sometimes that's working together. Sometimes it's handing the recommendations to your existing team. Either way, you leave with more clarity than you came in with.

Common questions

Things worth asking.

Trailhead is the instant version — 30 automated checks, free PDF in your inbox in about 20 seconds. The strategy audit is the personal version — I review your site, search visibility, paid campaigns, and analytics myself, and send back a written priority plan in about a week. Most people run Trailhead first, then book a strategy audit if they want me to walk through what to actually do about it.
Yes — and most people do. Trailhead's PDF gives you a fast read on where your site stands across 30 dimensions. If after seeing it you want me to dig deeper and tell you which findings actually matter for your business, that's what the strategy audit is for. Paste the Trailhead diagnostic id in the strategy audit form and I'll start from your scores.
Yes, really. The audit is free and yours to keep. If the findings point toward work I can help with and you want to explore that, we talk about it. If not, you use the recommendations however you like — with your current team, another marketer, or on your own.
About 20 seconds. You enter your URL, the audit runs in your browser, and you get a PDF report by email and on a results page you can share. No back-and-forth, no signup beyond your email address.
One to two weeks from when you complete the follow-up questionnaire. Smaller sites and simpler setups land closer to one week. Bigger sites, larger ad accounts, or more complex tracking take closer to two. I'll let you know up front what to expect.
That's fine. If paid ads aren't running, I focus the audit on the other three areas — site, SEO, and analytics — and include a read on whether paid would be worth testing based on what your market looks like. No need to have everything in place before we start.
For the website and SEO portions, just the URL — same as Trailhead. For paid ads, read-only access to your Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager account makes the review much sharper — I'll send specific instructions once we're rolling. For analytics, read-only access to GA4. All access stays read-only and can be revoked whenever you like.
Yes. Most of my clients are in California, but the work is remote-friendly and I've worked with businesses across the US. If you're a good fit for what I do, location isn't a limitation.
A 30-minute call is probably a better fit for a single targeted question. Book one here and mention what you want to focus on. The written audit is more useful when you want a broader second opinion.

Still thinking about it?

The audit is genuinely free. No pitch, no pressure. Just a fresh set of eyes on your marketing from someone who's been doing this fifteen years.
